Engaging Through Empathy is an interactive training that empowers participants to communicate with empathy, build stronger relationships, and create meaningful connections. Through interactive, real-world scenarios, participants develop skills in active listening, emotional awareness, conflict de-escalation, and intentional communication. This course helps individuals better understand diverse perspectives, respond thoughtfully in challenging situations, and foster a more inclusive, collaborative, and people-centered environment.
