Participants in this training should have either already completed Building Hope in Yourself and Others or have developed a solid understanding of hope science. This course equips participants to use hope science in their efforts to strengthen organizational outcomes. Participants will identify how applying hope science can result in some easy, short-term wins AND identify how hope science can drive long-term organizational culture and continuous improvements. Start by adding the course to your cart and complete the checkout process. Once checkout is complete, you will be routed to your dashboard. You must now select which session to attend. This training equips attendees with the skills and knowledge needed to effectively work with youth and families who live in poverty.  Attendees will assess the internal bias they may have related to this population.  Through the training, compare and contrast poverty in diverse communities.  Activities will help participants understand the dilemmas that drive the behaviors of those in poverty.
